Florida Nonprofit Corporations Act & Proposed Property Tax Amendment
House Bill 797 known as the Florida Nonprofit Corporation Act is a new law that became effective as of 7/1/2026. Nonprofits First recently provided two trainings on this topic, but we wanted to make sure that you were informed about this law in case you were unable to attend either training.
