This training is open to any manager, administrator, and HR professional. As workers return to places of business, a renewed focus on avoiding the potential of pitfalls of Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) are at the forefront of the minds of businesses, including new considerations related to health screenings, entrance and exit protocols, and teleworking.  This training will address how new policies and procedures implemented in response to COVID-19 can comply with FLSA, as well as providing a review of the traditional areas of concern, including misclassification, breaks, and exemptions.
