Non-Profit Legal Assistance Project
This project provides in-house legal services to non-profit agencies serving children and families in Palm Beach County. There is an annual fee for this service.

Pro Bono Project
This project provides free legal assistance through private attorneys to eligible Legal Aid clients whose cases cannot be handled by in-house staff due to conflicts of interest or because staff do not have expertise in those areas of law. Over 2,500 private attorneys in Palm Beach County currently participate in this program.

Self-Service Center
Based in the Palm Beach County Courthouse, a Legal Aid staff attorney provides technical advice/assistance to maneuver through the court system. Staff attorneys also do outreach at the North, South and West County Courthouses.

Low Income Taxpayer Clinic
This project resolves conflicts between the IRS and taxpayers as well as providing assistance to taxpayers for whom English is a second language.
